Not satisfied with your purchase? ThreadBound Outdoors offers a free 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at with your name and order number. We will provide you with a return label to return your item to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds (if applicable)
Any item not returned in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may incur a partial refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank and credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

At ThreadBound, we stand behind our product. We offer a 1 year warranty on all ThreadBound hats. Should any product have any kind of manufacturer defect and need replacing, please contact us.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Please contact ThreadBound by email with the following information:

  • Name of product
  • Order Number
  • Problem with product
  • Address to send replacement product

ThreadBound makes every effort to ensure that each product that leaves the warehouse is in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that it is not, please contact us at to initiate a product replacement.
